Learn the secrets to in-person group transformational experiences

Space is limited to 12 women & will sell out

The Missing Piece

In How to Lead Circle, you can only learn so much on a virtual platform. The magic of in-person connection is missing. Let’s bridge that gap at our live retreat.

  • You know how to create connection through deep potent shares and magical rituals.

  • But Zoom can’t replace what happens when we are face to face in the same room.

A whole different dynamic occurs.

You can…

  • Sense and read energy

  • See body language

  • Use healthy, healing touch

  • Interact face to face in diads and movement

  • Create an energetic vortex

When we talk about 1 million circles on the planet, we are talking about creating in-person, local communities.

  • This is what women are craving.
  • This is what the world desperately needs.
  • To bring back the village.
  • To connect people face to face

When you learn on Zoom, you are only getting 80% of the equation.

The other 20% you have to experience live, in the same room.

Join us for our first in person training retreat, designed for women already in the Sistership Circle community, who understand our structure, our agreements and our culture.

About Tanya

Tanya Lynn is the visionary founder of Sistership Circle, a seven figure global organization that has trained tens of thousands of women how to fill, lead and grow their women’s circles. With her truth telling style of leadership, she has a gift of seeing the brilliance in women and activating them to step into their power.

She has successfully integrated the masculine and feminine within herself, making her both fierce and soft, strategic and able to surrender, mission driven yet highly relatable with her vulnerability.

She has been gathering community since growing up as a little girl in San Diego CA, and lived in various places around the world including China, Japan, Spain and currently Costa Rica where she’s building a goddess temple and retreat center with her husband and business partner Brent.

Tanya is the best selling author of multiple books including Open Your Heart: How to Be a New Generation Feminine Leader, The Art of Leading Circle and The Women’s Circle Ritual Handbook.

You can count on Tanya to show up no matter what, take 100% responsibility for herself, and receive feedback to make her work even better. She values integrity, authenticity and co-creative leadership. When she’s not in a circle or training leaders, you can find her with her two daughters Kali and Summer.

Is it Right for Me?

You are more than welcome to stay at a local airbnb or hotel down the street. However, you’ll need to rent a vehicle for transportation to and from the property each day. The biggest concern is that you’ll be missing part of the experience by sleeping on the property.

This retreat is for women who have already experienced Sistership Circle and are circle facilitators. We are not teaching the basics because we are assuming you already have learned how to lead circle. However, you are interested because you want to learn how to hone your “in person” facilitation skills that you can’t quite get online.

Right now, we do not have this retreat scheduled for a later date.

Absolutely! Costa Rica is not actually that far away if you are in the US; 2 hours from Florida and 3 hours from Texas. Besides, you simply cannot get the same healing energy from the land anywhere else. There’s a reason why millions of tourists go to Costa Rica every year, it’s ALIVE. The wildlife, the plants, the ocean … you will experience the magic of this land that will inspire your leadership.

Men just want to provide, but they also want to know the ROI. So if you are able to tell him why you need this retreat as self-care to fill yourself up PLUS you’ll be participating in a facilitator training to help you become a better leader in your circle business, he’ll see that this is something worth supporting you in.

The $200 deposit in non-refundable, but you can transfer it to another participant if you have to cancel.
