As above, so below. As within, so without. As the universe, so the soul. - Hermes Trismegistus

I am a healing facilitator. A modern day shaman, priestess and medicine woman. When did this start? When I was a child, although I didn’t realize it then. I just always had the ability to feel what others feel, so much that it felt like I was feeling my own pains and emotions. I always wanted to help make people feel better and act as a bridge between disputes so people could come together, rather than being pulled apart.

The forms of healing that I work with come from particular traditions, but are also personal because through working with these, I have experienced them “combining” or evolving within myself. By constant practice, they became my own, although I honor and am extremely grateful for the trainings, certification, schooling, and apprenticeships I received from my teachers through the years.

These are the traditions that I earned degrees in throughout my life.
* Usui Reiki Master Teacher (Japan) energy healer
SBEM Women’s Empowerment Method and RYT 200 Yoga Teacher training.
*Pampamesayoq (Peruvian Andes) energy healer, shaman (to use the common word for this)
Breathwork Master
Sundoor Firewalk Instructor and Breakthrough workshop facilitator
I also have a life-long passion for crystals and stones, that runs in my family.
Training as a Pampamesayoq greatly enhanced my work with stones, since the medicine bundle (mesas) that I use include working very much with sacred stones and crystals of many forms (khuyas).
I work with all these methods, but I work especially with healing methods that I learned from medicine men and women from the Peruvian Andes- Qeros, Chincherros– paqos/paqas, pampamesayoqs, altomesayoqs, and chakarunas. It is an ancient but constantly evolving form of traditional medicine that goes very deep in specific ways that are useful for people- emotional, physical, spiritual– on all levels. It is passed on by word of mouth within families and villages in the Andes. And each family has a slightly different way of doing things, but there is no conflict or confusion about this, since all are effective.

Inca traditional medicine or Inca shamanism is a form of energy healing which also involves journeying (seeing energy, inside the aura, body, timelines, and dimensions). It is extremely practical, but also mystical. You could call me on one hand, a “medical medium” but I also work with metaphysical aspects such as readings, looking at the past/present/future, spirits in nature, ancestors, sacred sites, dimension, dreams and stars. With me, you get a combination of both practical, scientific, medical, and down to earth, but also shamanic. This is also my personality… and background, which has been metaphysical/holistic, but also academic.

Sacred sites, power places, holy wells, mountains, rivers, and special places in nature are a deep part of my background as well. I make it a point to go to and/or connect with holy places on a regular basis.

So what is my spiritual background or what do I believe in religiously, I will tell you that I believe in a combination of traditions but was raised Christian. So, if you are wondering what the healing treatments connect with on a spiritual or religious level, they are universal, in my opinion. The healing sessions connect with you and what you feel- who you are on a soul level. The treatments are about you, not about religion, but I certainly honor all those who are helping you and me. And oftentimes, this can be Jesus, Mother Mary, guardian angels, etheric doctors, sacred mountains, divine energies in nature, trees, plants, stones– to name a few. Sometimes, the energy that comes has no name and I just see forms of light. It depends on what you need and how the session goes in that moment.
