The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we’re weak and sing with us when we’re strong ~ SARK
I first experienced the power of circle in September 2016 when I embarked on a year long training as a self-love guide through the Path of Self Love with Christine Arylo. Very much immersed in my own healing journey at the time, I was blown away by the transformative power of being in a safe circle space with other women. To be heard. To be fully seen simply for who I was. And to be in a space where I could just fully be myself, no masks.
During this time I began leading a number of virutal New Moon Circles , and in 2018 co-led a couple of self-love days within my community. Loving the space of circle so much, and missing one of my own, in October 2018 I decided to dive into the How to Lead Circle programme with Tanya Lynn, a life-enriching experience.
I like to think of myself as a student of the University of Life, with a range of degrees, Masters and PhDs in all things human, such as letting go, vulnerability, naturally healing my body, heart-opening, self-love, EFT, deep soul diving and also the joy and fun of simply being and experiencing life like a child.
Why do I love circle so much? For me it is such a simple way to feel deeply connected to others…to experience a deeper sense of belonging to myself and women-kind without actually having to belong to anything. To be able to be human and vulnerable within a group of women is so wildly freeing and healing, and such a vital part of who we are as community beings.
Join me for an amazing experience of depth mixed with laughter, joy, gentle insights and so much love and connection xx
