I am a yoga teacher, I felt a deep connection with yoga from my very first class ten years ago. I began my teacher training shortly after that first class and have been teaching for over 8 years.
I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with all people, helping them to understand how wonderful their bodies can work and feel. I have a special interest in yoga for women including the areas of: pre and postnatal, motherhood, menopause, body image and cultivation of feminie energy through yogic practices.
I have a keen interest in yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda which has born a love of nutrition and ethical cooking/eating and understanding our true nature and constitution as well as the world as a whole. I am currently undertaking studies to deepen my knowledge of this ancient science.
Perhaps my proudest achievement is being a mother of two young daughters, Frankie and Etta and perhaps without their knowledge, yoga is deeply interwoven into our lives and lifestyle. My life is a juggle of being a partner, a mother, a daughter, a friend: all the while carrying my yogi heart.
