“And one day she discovered that she was fierce, and strong, and full of fire, and that not even she could hold herself back because her passion burned brighter than her fears.” ~Mark Anthony

Hey, I’m Liz, and I’m so honored that you are here learning more about me and Sistership Circle.

My archetype is the Mother, and I’m often referred to as “Mama Liz” by friends who know me well. Nurturing others and helping them to see their fullest potential, empowering them to change the status quo – is something that lights me up. It’s a passion that I take wherever I go.

Besides leading women’s circles, I’m also a certified life & business coach through the Courageous Living Coach Certification and serve as lead coach trainer for the organization. I help women who are tired of life passing them by and support them as they make big shifts in their business, their relationships, their money, their spirituality, and their lives. They’ve spent years being everything for everyone else and now wonder, “Is this all there is?” My clients are ready to play bigger, connect with their courage, and disable their people-pleasing tendencies. These amazing women move past guilt and the good girl rules that are keeping them stuck. They then start living with a new sense of purpose and show up for themselves and others in joy and fulfillment.

I’ve been in this place of feeling stuck, and I’ve longed for the community and connection of other women. Through my own work, my own getting real and healing, as well as my training, my confidence grew. Who and how I show up in the world changed. My life and relationships changed for the better. I now see myself as a confident leader who takes up space and shares my voice for the empowerment of others. And that’s what I believe is possible for you as well.

I believe as women, we can heal our wounds and change the world. We can return to a time when women supported one another and worked together for the good of the village. And it starts with one connection and one circle at a time.
