This retreat is a transformational experience combining spiritual healing, leadership development, breakthrough coaching using the Feminine Freedom Method, business strategy, and masterminding. While these modalities are designed to facilitate deep personal and professional growth, they are not a substitute for traditional medical treatment, psychotherapy, or financial advisory services.

Tanya Lynn Kozlowski is not a medical doctor, therapist, or financial advisor. Her professional opinions, coaching, and guidance are offered as tools for self-exploration, and it is your responsibility to research and determine what resonates for you.

The success of any individual in this program—whether in terms of healing, leadership breakthroughs, or business growth—depends on their commitment, mindset, and willingness to implement what they learn. No financial or business results are guaranteed, and past success of participants does not predict future outcomes.

I understand and accept that engaging in the Feminine Freedom Method may trigger a “healing crisis,” which can manifest as emotional releases, nausea, headaches, skin reactions, lightheadedness, fatigue, or other minor symptoms. The more toxins present in the body, the stronger such symptoms may be.

This retreat is designed to provide spiritual and intuitive guidance. The outcomes and experiences of each participant are highly individual, and while personal and professional transformation is the intention, Tanya Lynn Kozlowski makes no guarantees regarding specific results.

By attending this retreat, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my own experience, choices, and any changes in my life, business, or health that may arise from participation.

I agree to seek professional medical assistance with a doctor’s supervision if I:

• Have a terminal or malignant illness
• Have a genetic disease or inherited metabolic problem
• Have an autoimmune disease
• Have a mental illness
• Take any medications regularly
• Am pregnant

Acknowledgment of Responsibility

By participating in this retreat, I acknowledge that:

1. Personal Responsibility: I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. The decision to participate in this retreat is mine alone.
2. No Medical or Financial Guarantees: Tanya Lynn Kozlowski makes no claims to cure or diagnose illnesses, nor does she provide financial guarantees. A holistic approach to healing and business growth may be beneficial, but results vary.
3. Confidentiality: All private sessions and group discussions are confidential.
4. Hold Harmless Agreement: I release and hold harmless Tanya Lynn Kozlowski, Sistership Circle, De La Diosa, and any retreat facilitators from any liability, injury, loss, or claim arising from my participation.
5. Intellectual Property Protection: All retreat materials—including teachings, exercises, meditations, and coaching frameworks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Tanya Lynn Kozlowski and Sistership Circle. I agree not to record, copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that my participation in the retreat and related activities (e.g., swimming, jungle walks, movement practices) carries inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, illness, or unforeseen travel disruptions.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks and release Tanya Lynn Kozlowski, Sistership Circle, and De La Diosa from any liability arising from my participation. This includes injury, accident, loss, or damage during:

• Retreat activities and excursions
• Transportation to and from the retreat center
• My stay at the retreat center

I understand that I am required to have medical and travel insurance. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, I affirm that I have the necessary coverage.

I understand that I am responsible for consulting a physician before participating in the retreat and ensuring I take appropriate overseas travel precautions. I warrant that I am in good physical and mental health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent full participation.

Pregnancy Clause: If I am pregnant, I will take the necessary steps to inform my doctor and ensure my health providers are aware. I assert that I am fit to participate in all retreat activities and will notify facilitators accordingly.

Code of Conduct & Dismissal Policy

To maintain the integrity of the retreat, I agree to:

• Respect all participants, facilitators, and retreat staff.
• Honor the confidentiality of all personal and business-related discussions.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, including harassment, excessive intoxication, or actions that compromise group safety.
• Follow all retreat center policies, including safety guidelines and activity limitations.

Sistership Circle reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe to themselves or others.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Booking & Payment Terms:

• Your booking is confirmed once Sistership Circle receives a non-refundable deposit or initial payment.
• If selecting a payment plan, an initial payment secures your room, followed by 3 additional equal monthly installments.
• For participants enrolling by February 28, 2025, the final payment will be due by May 28, 2025 (after the retreat).
• For those enrolling after February 28, 2025, a three-payment plan is available, with all payments due before the retreat begins.

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposit: The $525 deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation between Feb 24, 2025 – April 6, 2025: 50% of the retreat price is forfeited.
• Cancellation on or after April 7, 2025: No refunds are available.

Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant with approval from Sistership Circle. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the retreat.

If Sistership Circle cancels the retreat for reasons other than force majeure, all payments will be refunded. Sistership Circle is not responsible for any travel expenses, including flights and accommodations.

We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.

Travel & Safety Responsibilities

• Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations) and understanding the COVID-19 regulations for Costa Rica.
• Sistership Circle is not responsible for flight delays, missed connections, or travel interruptions.
• Participants must comply with local health and safety regulations, including any restrictions related to COVID-19.

Accommodations & Facilities

Participants agree to:

• Respect property at De La Diosa and follow retreat center rules.
• Not bring illegal substances or alcohol onto the premises.
• Be responsible for any damage caused to accommodations or retreat facilities.

Sistership Circle reserves the right to modify accommodations if needed.

Retreat Inclusions & Exclusions

Your Retreat Includes:

✔ 4 days/4 nights in Montezuma, Costa Rica (arrive anytime Wednesday; leave either Sunday morning or stay for the excursion and take a domestic flight out after 4pm)
✔ Cacao ceremony
✔ Sacred ceremony & activation work

✔ Masterminding & Hot Seats
✔ All meals at the retreat center
✔ Group business strategy sessions
✔ Optional: Excursion to Montezuma Waterfall (weather permitting)
✔ Transportation to/from all scheduled activities

Not Included:

❌ Round-trip airfare to/from Costa Rica
❌ Domestic flights to/from Cobano
❌ Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance
❌ Spa services, souvenirs, personal expenses
❌ Dinner on Thursday in Santa Teresa
❌ Optional lunch at Playa De Los Artistas on Sunday
