⭕️ Circle Medicine = The Living Field ⭕️

Let’s talk about the circle…

Most people think of it as a shape, which, of course, it is.
A beautiful one.
A symbol of wholeness and oneness.

But it’s also so much more than geometry.

The circle is the original blueprint of creation.

The symbol of the womb, the moon, the seasons, and the rhythm of life itself.

It has no beginning and no end, reminding us that everything is connected, and that what we give always finds its way back.

In feminine spirituality, it’s both container and field.

A sacred space where every woman is equal, every voice has value, and healing unfolds through belonging.

It’s the architecture of the feminine, showing us that true power isn’t about hierarchy but harmony, not about leading from above but rising together.

And what if this was more than a gathering?
What if it was an energy?

Within every circle lives a living, breathing field.

An invisible current that connects all things.

It holds our personal field: the way we sense ourselves and the world around us, our awareness, our thoughts, our emotions, our energy.

It holds our relational field: the space between two or more people where something larger begins to move. Where your energy meets mine, and together, a new intelligence is born.

And it holds the collective field: the transpersonal realm that hums beneath humanity itself, where memory, wisdom, and archetype live.

Each of these fields opens a doorway for healing.

In the personal realm lives the Mother Wound: our intrapersonal relationship with the feminine, the way we nurture, value, and belong to ourselves.

In the relational realm lives the Sister Wound: our interpersonal relationship with the feminine, how we connect, collaborate, and trust other women.

And in the collective realm lives the Witch Wound: our transpersonal relationship with the feminine, how we embody the mystical, intuitive, and powerful aspects of who we are.

When these wounds are unhealed, they distort the field; creating separation, mistrust, and fragmentation.

But when we tend to them with presencecoherence returns.

The personal becomes self-love and self-regulation.
The relational becomes sisterhood and co-regulation.
The collective becomes service and source connection and group regulation.

This is the feminine coming home to herself. The living field that holds it all.

It’s not a structure or a method; it’s life in motion.
A dance of yin and yang. Feminine and masculine.

The masculine is consciousness: the sacred witness, the one who holds.
The feminine is flow: the life that moves through, the one who is held.

But for many of us, this dance has been distorted.

Just as the feminine has carried her wounds — the Mother, Sister, and Witch — the masculine carries his too.

And within us, that often lives as the Father Wound.

The Father Wound is our relationship to the masculine: to safety, structure, protection, and direction.

It’s the part of us that either overcontrols or collapses when structure feels unsafe.

It shows up in the way we relate to time, money, boundaries, and purpose.

When unhealed, it can keep us pushing, striving, proving, or avoiding; living in tension with the very energy meant to support us.

When healed, the inner masculine rises in service to the feminine, not domination of her.

He becomes the steadycontainer that allows her to flow freely, to trust, to rest.

When both the healed feminine and the healed masculine meet — within us and between us — something ancient awakens.

That is where the magic lives.

Circle is a mirror; a living laboratory for consciousness.

The patterns, reactions, and dynamics that surface here are microcosms of the ones we live out in our families, friendships, work, and the wider world.

And the same is true in reverse.

Whatever moves within our lives — our expansion or contraction, our fear or our love — will show itself here.

It reveals how we listen, how we speak truth, how we open or protect, how we meetlove, and how we holdpower.

Whatever is witnessed, held and healed in circle ripples out into every layer of life.

And just as we gather together, we each carry a circle within us.

Inside every woman lives an inner gathering.

A constellation of parts, masculine and feminine, young and old, lived and unlived, wild and tender, childlike and wise.

Each one sits somewhere around the inner fire of who we are.

Some close to the warmth, others still out in the cold, waiting to be welcomed home.

Tanya recently reflected something beautiful back to me.
She asked, “What’s underneath you wanting to go off and do your own thing?”

And in that moment, it landed.
It was the fear and the wounded ones within me who were trying to lead.

Suddenly I could see it. I’d been keeping my little girl separate and unintegrated, creating the very fragmentation I was yearning to heal.

That was the moment I decided: enough.

I’m all in.

No more energies over here and over there.
All of me is here now; together, whole, home.

When the inner field finds harmony, the outer world begins to mirror it.
When we tend to what’s inside, life reorganises itself in coherence.

This is the medicine of this work: the remembrance that life itself is relational, that every healing within contributes to healing the whole.

We are being called into a new era. A new consciousness.
