Hi –
Being in a space with conscious women who are devoted to healing and evolution awakens something in me, and I believe in all of us, that remembers we are here for a greater purpose.
This is why I love circle and why I love walking this path with Tanya and with Peta now.
Together, we are devoted to creating a field where we model a new way of being together, one rooted in honesty, connection and relational integrity.
When we set foot, or heart, in circle, we enter an amplified field.
This field magnifies sensation, emotion, intuition and awareness.
In this space, we feel more, see more and meet more.
The intensity is NOT a sign that anything is wrong.
It is one of the greatest gifts of healing in connection rather than alone.
Circle does not only amplify the elevated states.
It also brings us into contact with the parts of us that feel separate,
the parts that carry old stories,
the parts that have not yet been held with love.
Emotional and energetic hygiene invites us to welcome these places so they can be integrated.
This is the slow and tender reunion with the parts of ourselves we once had to leave behind.
As we meet and integrate them, something within us rises.
Healing is the movement from fragmentation to wholeness.
Wholeness is the birthplace of sacred union.
Sacred union is what makes true leadership possible.
This union is not abstract.
It is what happens when the inner feminine and the inner masculine begin to trust one another again.
When the protector softens because it is finally safe.
When the emotional body is held with presence rather than fear.
When we bring every part of ourselves back into connection, we rise through wholeness rather than through bypass.
I lived this in my rupture and repair with Tanya.
When she stepped back from our agreement for a moment, I felt the shutdown and flight in my nervous system.
I felt the echo of my mother wound.
I could see the stories forming.
Instead of closing my heart to her, I allowed myself to feel everything.
The grief, the anger, the tenderness.
I named it cleanly and Tanya met me there.
We moved through rupture into repair and our partnership became stronger because of it.
This is emotional and energetic hygiene in action.
This is the Future Feminine.
This is what we are modeling and what we are teaching.
And there is another layer here.
One that we all share responsibility for.
In circle, we tend to three levels of regulation.
Self regulation, where we learn to meet ourselves and return to center.
Co regulation, where another person’s presence becomes part of our healing.
Group regulation, where the field itself becomes the stabiliser and the teacher.
All three are needed.
All three support one another.
All three strengthen the personal, relational and collective fields.
And it is here that something very human happens.
The moment we begin this work, fears rise to the surface.
You might fear that if you feel what is inside, it will be too much.
You might worry the grief you carry will swallow you, or that long held anger will come out in ways you cannot control.
You might fear being seen.
You might fear being judged.
You might fear being too much.
You might worry that speaking your truth will disappoint someone.
Or that letting someone in will make you lose them.
Or that asking for what you need will make you a burden.
And you might even fear what you will discover in yourself.
The places you have pushed aside.
The parts you have abandoned.
The patterns you inherited without knowing.
None of these fears are wrong.
They are invitations.
They are doorways.
They are signs that something inside you is ready to be met.
And part of tending to your personal field is doing your emotional work.
Every one of us carries a pain body, the stored emotional experiences that were too much to feel in the moment they happened.
This energy lives in the body until we meet it with awareness.
This is why regulation matters.
This is why embodiment matters.
When you drop out of your head and into your body you gain access to the unconscious material that has shaped your reactions, your triggers and your patterns.
Being met in presence and awareness disarms the pain body.
It allows you to feel without being taken down by what you feel.
This is where we call upon the inner masculine,
the witness and the container,
so the feminine within us can soften, open, feel and release what has been held for too long.
This is emotional hygiene and it is a central part of energetic hygiene.
Without tending to what lives inside, the field cannot stay clear.
As you continue this work, you begin to feel how every connection touches your field.
You start to sense what strengthens you and what drains you.
You notice when you are carrying what belongs to someone else and when you are abandoning what belongs to you.
This is why boundaries matter.
Not as walls, but as the natural edges of your inner world.
Clear boundaries keep you in right relationship with yourself.
They keep your field steady so you can meet others from truth rather than overwhelm.
Emotional and energetic hygiene prepares your inner world so you can meet life from clarity rather than reactivity.
A clear and steady field helps you feel what is yours, release what is not and create from the truth of who you are.
This is the ultimate self care.
Not the surface layer, but the deeper tending that builds capacity in your nervous system and keeps your energy available for what truly matters.
This is the culture the three of us are building with you.
A culture of embodied honesty and connection.
For you, for me and for us.
If this speaks to you, we will be diving into our emotional hygiene process inside the Future Feminine Experience.
The Future Feminine experience is a 9-day event that lets you step inside the field of this movement.
You will feel the coherence, the connection and the truth of what becomes possible when women come together with honesty, curiosity and devotion.
You can automatically add yourself to the event HERE and participate from December 1 – 11 at 12pm PST daily or watch the recordings.
Looking forward to meeting you there.
Love,
Sharlene
