What is feminine leadership?
Feminine leadership is not necessarily about leading an organization or a country.
It’s about being the leader of your own life.
It’s about creating the life that you want so you feel empowered in your relationships, career and health, no longer settling for “average.”
It’s about trusting your intuition, no longer second guessing yourself, seeking authority outside yourself or asking permission to do what feels best for you.
It’s about finding flow instead of burn out, no longer pushing so hard to make things happen.
It’s about being authentic, no longer pretending to have it all together all the time.
It’s about being open to receive support, no longer being the one who holds it all, compromising your own happiness for everyone else.
Feminine leadership only exists in collaboration and connection with others, no longer operating as lone wolves who don’t trust others.
We learn how to become feminine leaders of our own lives when we gather in circle. The circle works when every woman is in her sovereign power, speaking her truth, owning her contribution and allowing the contribution from others.
This is not some “woo woo” kumbaya thing. It’s about stepping into and reclaiming your power as a woman. It’s about knowing what you want and asking for what you need so the circle can provide.
It’s about filling your cup so you feel fulfilled and deeply nourished as a woman.
You deserve it. ALL women deserve it. It’s what will change the world.

From a young age, Jenn has been captivated by spirituality and called to compassionately help those in need of any manner of healing, guidance, or support. This call, combined with her innately-nurturing disposition, led Jenn to pursue a career in early childhood education, obtaining her Masters degree as well as BA in Psychology along the way. After nearly 10 years as a successful elementary school teacher, Jenn, following her intuition, decided to leave the classroom a few years ago to focus her attention on raising her growing family. Over the next several years, Jenn and her family struggled with personal heartache resulting from multiple pregnancy losses. Jenn sought out Reiki to help soothe her wounds, and it brought about major remedying shifts (not just for Jenn, but for her loved ones as well). She was so moved by Reiki’s powerful healing impact that she wanted to cultivate the techniques and extend them to others. As a result, Jenn immersed herself in spiritual study, and is currently a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Shamanic Healer, Karuna Reiki II Practitioner and Crystal Dreaming Practitioner.
