How do I cancel my membership?

Login with your username and password that you created when you signed up. Go to MY ACCOUNT, MY ORDERS. Click on the ORDER # on the line item that says Facilitator Tribe Membership. You will then see a button on the next page to CANCEL.

How do I change my credit card on file for my membership?

Login with your username and password and go to MY ACCOUNTS then MEMBER AREA. On the left sidebar, click on PAYMENT METHODS and then click ADD PAYMENT METHOD and then MAKE DEFAULT.

How do I reactivate my membership?

Login, and go to the Facilitator Tribe membership page here. Add to cart and reorder. Unfortunately, once you cancel you will no longer qualify for a discounted rate if you had one before. Contact us here if you have any issues.
