First Moon: A 4-Day Womb Wisdom Initiation for Girls

I’m so glad you have decided to begin the work to deepen into womb wisdom and honor yourself and  our daughters as they come into their emerging feminine power. I offer this workshop to you from my own years of personal practice, years of education and training as a womb medicine woman. This workshop came through crystal clear in a womb meditation during my moon time. I used the practice of working with the energy of the seasons to listen and bring it into form. This is a powerful manifestation practice that is encoded through each session. I hope that this outline will ignite the fire of curiosity and desire to deepen into your own relationship with your womb space and sacred cycle.

I have found that the more we heal the wounds we carry, ancestral and personal, that are living in our bodies and womb spaces, the more we can honor our own sacred nature and pass this ‘seeing’ on to our groups. The womb is a portal to the great mother, she is a cauldron of creation and a source of deep and ancient wisdom. The more we spend time with our hands on our womb breathing into this space then the more we learn and do the work to heal this vital energy center, the more we activate our own life force, offer healing to our ancestors and are able to show up free and clear and ready to offer this initiation to our daughters. The more you heal your inner maiden, the richer this offering will be for all involved. A true initiation from womb to womb during the sacred rite of menarche can change the course of a child’s life.
