Your trainer is available for 1:1 coaching.

Similar to the hot seats, your trainer will guide you through the Feminine Freedom Method so that:

* you feel empowered to take action and start your circle instead of frozen and stuck in fear

* you have awareness of your patterns and can identify them before they hijack you

* you feel emotionally stable and confident to lead your circle

* you overcome circumstances and challenges that pop up, getting in the way of your commit to lead circles
