The Leadership Activator
“Sistership Circle was one of my greatest experiences; it made me grow faster in my spiritual journey. Now I am able to voice my true self without fear … I become a fearless luminous warrior. I am not afraid of who I am or of who I am becoming, I am not afraid of telling my truth because I am a spiritual being. I recommend this program to everyone who sincerely desires to get rid of anxiety, fear, and nervousness, and the like.”
Magali Laguerre, Washington DC
"I am so grateful for the powerful container within a Sistership Circle, so that I could move through my deepest vulnerabilities to embody the woman I am today. When we hold back, suppress or deny our truth, we not only inhibit our own creative self expression, we also block the true & highest possibility for collaboration that is so desperately needed during this changing time on our planet. If you feel a burning desire to make a difference, to unconditionally love every ounce of your beautiful truth and to heal and grow with other like minded women, the Sistership Circle is a place you can trust and come home to."
Monica Fraser, BC Canada
“Tanya’s virtual Sistership Circle has blown me away. She has an incredible ability to create a sacred, safe, and powerful container for women to really bare their souls. I was amazed at how connected and supported I felt by the group after just the first call. And that support and empowerment has lasted. There is an exchange of unconditional acceptance and love between all the women in the group that is so beautiful and fulfilling. The experience is hard to put into words because it is something that is felt so deeply. Through her vulnerability, authenticity, and open heart, Tanya is an inspiring leader and mentor. Circle is an opportunity to dig deep, step into your true self, be showered with love and support, connect with sisters, and find the inspiration to be in full expression of who you are. I am sooo grateful.”
Faith Shevlin, San Diego

The Sistership Circle is a place to be seen and heard in a supportive space held by the truth and honesty of all the other women involved.”
Lillian Ogbogoh, Sensuality Discovery Specialist, London
“Somehow I thought being in a virtual Sistership Circle would prevent me from truly being seen, heard & loved, but with Tanya at the helm this is hardly the case. Being in this circle has allowed me to be vulnerable, have compassion & go deep with women from around the world … proving that oneness is our truth.”
Jody Komitor, Founder of Next Generation Yoga for Kids

What does it mean to hold space? As Heather Plett so eloquently writes: "It means that we are willing to walk alongside another person in whatever journey they’re on without judging them, making them feel inadequate, trying to fix them, or trying to impact the outcome. When we hold space for other people, we open our hearts, offer unconditional support, and let go of judgement and control." This is one of the most important aspects to creating transformational experiences.
Phoenix Muranetz: Holding Space so You Can Let Go: Processes for Unleashing the Wild, Primal Self
Myth is the very fabric of our soul ~ our personal mythology is a key to embodying this precious dimension that orients us in all our relationships, and connects us to our core, our sense of purpose, and the unfolding collective story we are in. The Wild + Primal Self is the living pulse of the forces always arising from within; our felt needs, values, longings, desires, and dreams. As the sensual essence of life simmering, bursting forth, and flowing through us, creating a safe container to allow one’s most uncontained, uncensored, and wild primal self to emerge and express is bringing one’s full presence to the wild and primal within. In this process, we’ll cover how to stalk the Gatekeepers that divert us from this flow of our Core Eros, distorting and co-opting the mythic fabric of our lives into inauthentic stories not resonant with the deeper pulse of life in us, explore how to unmask and integrate these Gatekeepers, reclaim the energy they've been containing, and liberate the deeper expressions of our indigenous essence.
Mary Soderiou: How to Stay Present to Hold Space Effectively.
Holding space is the most important aspect of facilitating a circle which shoudl be taken quite seriously. In this video, Mary shares the steps she takes to ensure that she can keep the "holding" and maintain her full presence through the entire circle. Because we are human, we can get triggered, tired, take things personally and then get easily lost in our own story. This will help you from losing your focus as a facilitator.
Tanya Lynn: What to do in Choppy Waters when Participants Shut Down, Get Triggered or Want to Check Out
One of our greatest fears to leading is feeling inadequate when it comes to handling difficult situations. In this video, you'll learn how to avoid it, what to look for, and how to handle it with specific tools to incorporate into the circle or workshop.
Transformation is a “thorough, radical, or dramatic change“ — a transition from one thing to another. It's like the worm going through metamorphosis to become a butterfly. This is what the work is all about; creating such powerful rituasl and experiences that women look, feel and act differently when they emerge from the process.
Joanna Lindenbaum: The Four Levels of Transformation & Learning that Every Ritual, Circle and Event Needs
In order to create true transformation and real results for your clients, audiences and circle members, you must move them through 4 levels of learning and processing. Most facilitators don't even know that these 4 levels exist, and even if some do, very few are actually putting all 4 into practice. Without skillfully using these 4 levels, your events, teaching and coaching will: fall flat, leave audiences feeling incomplete and unsatisfied, and leave clients stuck in their fears and obstacles. But with these 4 levels of transformation in hand, you are able to take a “nice” or “pretty good” circle, event or coaching session to “Wow-you-rocked-my-world-and-I-am-truly-transforming” kind of work.
Bethany Webster: An Inner Alignment Meditation to Open the Channel for Transformation
Before I begin teaching, whether a workshop or a Q&A call with my tribe, I lead the women through a brief visualization to align with their 3 main parts, the Divine Self, the Inner child and their present-day self. This creates a powerful alignment where they can fully receive and open to a deep level of healing and transformation during our time together. Setting the stage at the beginning of the event opens up a powerful space for breakthroughs to occur.
Candice Oneida: How To Embody The Transformation That You Promise

Women need to embody i.e. wear this transformation palpably when we teach, instruct and facilitate groups. In doing this we transmit the transformation to the attendees energetically. In this video Candice will take you through a few exercises to get you in touch with this transformation in your body prior to holding a group.
