What It Is
The Women’s Circle Collective is a membership and live training field where women practice the art of Right Relationship with self, sisterhood, source, and service.
It is the continuation of the Sistership Circle lineage and the next evolution of feminine leadership.
You’ll learn to facilitate with confidence, lead without burnout, and belong to a circle that tells the truth. It’s where women stop performing leadership and start living it.
We don’t teach leadership here. We practice it in real time, in relationship, in the field.
What Right Relationship Means
Right Relationship is the foundation of feminine power. It is how we bring our full selves into connection — honoring our needs and others’, leading without domination or collapse. It is the balance of sovereignty and solidarity, the dance between independence and intimacy.
In a world that glorifies individual success, Right Relationship calls us back to interdependence. It is not about perfection; it is about presence.
When you are in right relationship with yourself, you stop outsourcing your power. When you practice it in sisterhood, you dissolve competition and comparison. When you lead from it in service, you build systems rooted in safety, integrity, and love.
Right Relationship is not a concept. It is a way of being that changes everything.
The Four Seasons of Right Relationship
The Women’s Circle Collective follows a cyclical path of transformation called The Four Seasons of Right Relationship. Each season invites you into a new layer of mastery — from self-awareness to collective impact.
You can enter at any time. The spiral repeats throughout the year so you grow continuously, without pressure or hierarchy.
Each season mirrors the rhythm of nature and the natural evolution of feminine leadership:
Season 1:
Self → Sovereignty
Theme: Safety Creates Success
This is where everything begins. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, hold your own energy, and lead from grounded safety instead of survival. When your body feels safe, success becomes sustainable.
Season 2:
Sisterhood → Solidarity
Theme: The Village Begins Here
Learn to co-regulate, communicate, and repair. This is where you dissolve comparison and competition and experience the power of connection that heals. You’ll learn to stay when it’s hard, to speak truth with compassion, and to create cultures of belonging.
Season 3:
Source → Sacred Union
Theme: Lead as Love in Motion
This is where facilitation becomes art. You’ll deepen your energetic mastery, lead rituals, and co-create with Source itself. You’ll learn to channel clarity through your body and anchor the unseen into structure.
Season 4:
Service → Stewardship
Theme: Build the Village, Lead the Movement
Here, leadership becomes legacy. You’ll expand your capacity for visibility, money, and growth without losing your center. You’ll design offerings and communities rooted in reciprocity, transforming leadership into a regenerative ecosystem.

The Retreats
2- 4 times a year, we gather at De La Diosa, our temple in Costa Rica. The jungle and ocean hold us as we spiral through the four dimensions of Right Relationship — self, sisterhood, source, and service.
These retreats are not an escape from your life; they are a portal into deeper coherence. Each one is a pilgrimage back to your center, surrounded by a global sisterhood rising as the Future Feminine.
When you return home, the field continues through your year inside The Collective, where the practice becomes a way of life.

Tanya Lynn is a master facilitator, best-selling author, and global leader in feminine leadership, Tanya has devoted the past decade to training thousands of women in over 30 countries to lead transformational circles.
Known for blending strategy with surrender and fierce truth with deep compassion, she has built a seven-figure organization rooted in collaboration, coherence, and care.
With over 10,000 hours in circle leadership and a background in Human Design and the Enneagram, Tanya embodies the balance of the masculine and feminine — activating women to lead from authenticity, not performance.
Her mission is bold and clear: to awaken one million women’s circles on the planet and restore sisterhood as the architecture of the Future Feminine.
About Peta
Peta Bastian has spent over a decade shaping the global women’s circle movement. A seasoned mystic, oracle, mentor, and author, she is known for her innate ability to see the brilliance in women long before they can see it in themselves — and to guide them toward leadership that feels authentic, sovereign, and deeply human.
After certifying in Mastery of Circle Facilitation in 2014, Peta became a Master Trainer with Sistership Circle, teaching hundreds of women around the world to lead powerful circles, launch soul-led businesses, and facilitate trauma-aware transformational spaces both online and in person. Across six years she co-developed curriculums, training frameworks, and global events that helped expand Sistership Circle into an international movement.
Her body of work now blends Feminine Leadership, the wisdom of Human Design and the Gene Keys, integrative therapeutic approaches, and the subtle architecture of the group field. As a Certified Human Design Specialist and Gene Keys Guide, Peta supports women to understand their energetic blueprint, dissolve the protection patterns wrapped around their brilliance, and step into a way of leading that feels liberating, natural, and true.
Her mentorship is where strategy meets soul. She walks beside women as they unravel old identities, reclaim their innate gifts, and create businesses that nourish their creativity, relationships, and prosperity. This is the path for the woman ready to rise in her sovereignty, honour her depth, and be fully supported in her next evolution of leadership.
