Leading circle is one thing, calling in your tribe is another. This is the #1 obstacle women face when stepping into their leadership. They may have incredible facilitation skills, but they are either scared to put themselves out there, don’t feel like they know enough women, or are just naturally a nurturer instead of an activator.

It’s less about who you know, and more about the energy you are putting out there.
I’ve never had a problem attracting women to my events, workshops, programs and circles. When I actually looked at what I was doing, it was less about my outreach, and more , about my energetics. And that’s what I’d like to share with you today. Here are 7 of my secret energetic tricks to manifesting more women to your circle:
1. It’s all in your intention
Everything I do starts with an intention. The more clear I am, the more I manifest. This means being very specific. One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is say “I want more women at my circle!” Well, how many? Then they’ll say, “10 to 12.” That’s not specific enough. What’s the one number you can clearly articulate to the universe? Any confusion around this number, and the universe won’t know how to respond.
2. Tune into the current energy of the circle
If you are already running a circle, then it has an energy field around it already. Certain types of women are being drawn to it. It has a vibration. If you can tune in and feel that energy that’s already there, then you can call in more women to that vibration. How to do this? Stop taking it personally if someone says no, and start to see that they just aren’t a match (for now). Focus on this energy and don’t get distracted by those who are not aligned.
3. Visualize a full circle
After tuning into the current energy, focus on the expansion of it. I sit down in meditation, usually in the actual space where I hold my circles, and I visualize what it looks like full. I may even put out 12 cushions if I want 12 women and then close my eyes and imagine them sitting there with me.

4. Meditate and see who comes to mind
After I do this visualization, I will ask the universe out loud who is supposed to be there. I may even draw some goddess cards to help initiate this process. It’s amazing what faces or names come to me. And it’s even more amazing what happens after that. One woman who I invited to circle was shocked because she was also in meditation to call in a sister circle. This is the power of manifestation when we tune into the collective energy field and see who’s just waiting to be pulled in.
5. Be who you want to attract
The circle’s energy field that I was talking about is essentially your energy field. The circle is a reflection of you. So whatever energy you are putting out there is what’s coming back to you. So if you are in scarcity, saying things like “everyone’s such a flake in my city,” then you will attract a bunch of flakes. Write down some of the qualities within yourself that you want to attract more of.
6. Express gratitude for women who are already showing up
Sometimes when we want more of something, we forget that we already have it. So can you focus both on the gratitude of who is already showing up as well as your longing and desire for more? Not only that, but can you express your appreciation and joy for each woman already there? Let her know how much she means to you. Appreciation appreciates.
7. Start a conversation
Finally, while I would say 90% of manifestation occurs on an energetic vibrational level, you still need to take action. Create a heartfelt invitation to the woman who came to you in that meditation. Remain open when you are out and about to meet new women who you can strike up a conversation with and invite. Let women know that you are holding a circle and ask them to share it with their friends, especially the ones already showing up.
