There’s a common phrase that I love to use as a reminder to facilitators when creating their content:
KISS. Keep It Simple Sweetheart.
We tend to think that the more we do, the more valuable the circle.
But the opposite is true.
Which means that the less you say, the more powerful your circle.

Practice listening this week. Instead of always trying to put a word in, what if you just smile or say “thank you for sharing that”. Report back how that feels.
