In this episode Tanya is covering what it means to be B.R.A.V.E. as a woman in today’s day and age.

As women, our power is rooted in our ability to be bold in our ability to show up to what matters most to us. When we stop being a “supporting character” in the world around us and step up to our ability to create an impact, we are able to feel authentic in ourselves.

Vulnerability is the key to truly accepting ourselves in all of our strengths, weaknesses, and quirks. When we act from vulnerability we come into an authentic sense of power and empathy where we make soul-led decisions for the highest and best of ourselves and the world around us.

Ask yourself these questions:

What does it feel like to be seen in your raw truth?

Do I assume the identity of a supporting character or do I explore ways to step into my unique sense of self?

What is my relationship to bravery and vulnerability?
