When it comes to responsibility, we must be willing to stay present. In this episode, Tanya dives into what it means to truly respond to our phases of growth and unraveling blockages.
Utilizing the lens of the three stages of the “Hero’s Journey”, we are able to find acceptance in times of initiation. Pushing through times where everything feels like it’s going against our vision is an important piece of any major manifestation. Tanya shares her personal experience of how her trials and tribulations arose both in her body and in real time.
The Brave Woman archetype is able to differentiate between what she has learned, inherited, and taken on as opposed to who she really is. She responds to what no longer serves her and has coping mechanism to clear away old patterns. This episode is all about applying yourself to this archetype, no matter where you are on your journey.
Ask yourself these questions:
What are my patterns when I react rather than respond?
How do I respond to meeting my goals and leveling up?
What is my perception of initiation? What times in my life felt contractive and were there any positive growth pieces that those times brought me?
