Imagine if every woman on this planet felt loved, accepted and celebrated as herself. We’d have embodied, empowered women everywhere making a difference in their families, communities and the world at large, wouldn’t we?

Imagine what’s possible if you felt confident to be YOU, expressing your full range and the multi-dimensional woman that you are.

It starts with you being brave.

We have been taught from an early age that it’s not safe to be a woman. Stay small, dim your light, and be quiet. It’s been ingrained in us that a man is going to take care of us, But here at The Brave Woman Podcast, we are flipping the script to own our power and step into our sovereignty. Being brave means we are co-creating our dreams and desires with a power higher than ourselves. That ultimately means we have to surrender and trust.

The Brave woman podcast is your ally. This pathway works. We are here to deepen into courage and being brave.

Hi, I’m your host Tanya Lynn, author of “Open Your Heart: How to be A New Generation Feminine Leader” and “The Art of Leading Circle.” I’m on a mission to inspire and empower every woman I meet to step into her feminine leadership and reclaim her power.

I’ve been an entrepreneur and women’s leadership coach since 2006. I’ve trained thousands of women how to fill, lead and grow their circles at our global organization Sistership Circle that I co-founded with my husband, Brent.

Over the years, I’ve been in circle with A LOT of women and I’ve noticed a pattern.

There is a conditioned fear of being visible and speaking up. Women say over and over again how they don’t feel “safe” and don’t fully value who they are and the gifts they bring to the world.

However, the women who do show up brave – no matter whether they are in their mess or in their power – transform those fears and learn to create safe space for themselves and others.

So we created the acronym BRAVE for our circles.

Bold
Responsible
Authentic
Vulnerable
Empathetic

On this podcast, we will explore how you can embody the brave woman so that you can take action on your dreams and desires, unapologetically speak your truth, and live life on your own terms.

This has been the story of my life.

I learned at a very young age to take risks to gain the greatest rewards. I challenged myself in school and competitive sports.

But deep down, I struggled to expose my heart. It wasn’t until I was in circle that I learned that the brave woman is an open-hearted woman, and that the key to my joyful self-expression was accepting all parts of myself. That was the bravest act. And the most rewarding.

I now have a power partnership with my husband. We have two beautiful daughters, and a thriving community who believes in our mission.

If you want a successful business, intimate relationships with those you love, a community supporting you, vibrant health, and a deep connection with life itself, you have to be brave enough to open your heart and receive.

If you have shut down your heart from past hurts, and struggle with self-confidence, wondering if you will find that level of fulfillment in your life, then this podcast will help you get there.

Or … if you have taken brave leaps and you are ready for more. This podcast will take you to the next level.

The Brave Woman podcast is a heroine’s journey that we will go on together along with other embodied brave women around the world, because what holds us is sacred sisterhood, and together we are stronger.

I’ll be sharing with you the pillars of the brave woman and interviewing leaders from around the world who embody her essence and actions.
